Television and Home Theater

I replaced both ic chips and I am still not getting a picture. Makes a click and back to the 6 blinks. Checked the 2 picos on the G board and also the 7 picos on the D board. All have ohm reading.

I was getting the green blinking led on my TV and after replacing the four 1000uf 35v caps the blinking has stopped. Now the TV and the led will not turn on at all! I do hear a chirp sound when I plug it in though. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

This is my first real TV repair, and so far I'm enjoying it-- except the whole not working thing... Meh, Details...

I did some searching in the forums but couldn't find anything that quite fit what I'm experiencing. I replaced the two STK392-110s in a Panasonic PT-47WX53G after experiencing convergence issues. It was better than ever for about 10 minutes and then upon switching to an HD channel the issues returned. Now it's worse than before.
