Mitsubishi WD-52525 Fan Attached To Rear Panel

Which direction does this fan blow?  Into the unit or out of the unit?

LG37LC2D No power

Good morning, a few weeks ago the red LED on the Tv started blinking when the unit was off. As of yesterday when the TV was off there was no indication of any power. After about 5 minutes I saw it blink once or twice and was able to power it on by pushing the power button on the set rapidly in hopes of catching it and it worked. I left the Tv on all day, but shut it off last night and now it does nothing. I have unplugged it in hopes of some sort of reboot but to no avail. Also the remote stopped working over a year ago, so I have always used the remote supplied by Comcast.

Samsung HC-P4752W Burned Capacitor

Hello,

I pulled off the back cover of my Samsung HC-P4752W just in time to see a component, C449 on the main board, up in flames. I'm hoping I'll only need to replace just this component to get up an running again. Anyone know what this component is or have any advice how I can get my only TV up and running again?

Thanks,

Ben

Mitsubishi WD-52531 turning off??

Ok, got a Mitsubishi WD-52531 that has a few issues. TV will power up fine and turn on ok, but roughly after a half hour or even sometimes a hour, it will shut off and turn back on. Here is what I have done so far:

Replaced the bulb and housing

Made sure the fan was working on top of the bulb

Ran it without the back on it and some other plastic parts to see if it might be overheating(its not).

i just had this rear projection tv given to me,the guy that gave it to me and said he had the ic chips replaced but it didnt fix the problem,i figured they just didnt change the fuses out.but i got it home and plugged it in and theres a red power light but nothing lights up,all i get is like a chirping sound coming from inside.anyone point me in the right direction as to what it is?

Any tips on changing out the capacitors?

I just opened up the back of the tv set but am not quite sure how to get to the capacitors or to know whether one is bad. It's the WD52525 Mitsubishi model. Any tips would be appreciated at this point.
