Television and Home Theater

Tv was working great then it started to take a few seconds for the pic to come on. The sound was fine, then the pic started taking 1 to 2 minutes to come on. After awhile it started to take a few minutes then a few more and so on till it was an hour or more. It would flash the pic a few times the come on but now it never does show a pic. Ty

I have a Mitsu WS-48315. When I hit the power button the green light blinks a couple times and then nothing. I ordered the repair kit from TVRepairkits.com. But I am not sure what would be considered the DM module in my model as it differs from the pics. Any ideas out there?

I got a free Sony 51ws500, plugged it in, and all three colors were sharp but separated by a couple inches and the screen looked like a bowtie.  Obvious IC problem, I thought.  But then I turned it off, turned it back on, and now the red overpowers the screen and the thin line parts of the red flickers.
