Television and Home Theater

I had the green blinking light, checked the dm board and found the caps bad. Replaced them and plugged in the set and it is dead. No green light at all. Re-seated boards, checked all wire plugs. Any ideas on what to check?

I have an older model zenith tv. The model number sticker on the back is missing. I'm trying to find the number so I can get a remote that works and a manual for it. It's a 27" 16:9 set with a faux wood cabinet. It's rectangular with squared off corners. In the top left corner of the faux wood it showes "stereo i receiver/monitor. The base is smaller than the width of the faux wood box and has two black speakers on either side.

My blue color is off and both "perfect focus" have been unsuccessful in fixing the problem.  At least I think it's not.  Wen in manual, the +\- and up/down did not seem to move anything but just moved me from one set of the cross hairs to another.  Am I supposed to use other keys once I get on the cross hairs?  On perfect focus it gets through green and red but on blue it just starts over and over (37% point)  The blue has a wiggle in its lines.

any suggestions or diagnostic help is appreciated.
