Television and Home Theater

I have a sony tv the picture is showing lines of static top and bottom also a blue green shadow i am handy with tools and electronics just looking for an insight as to what the problem could be any help is appreciated

I just found a philips 50P8341A sitting on the side of the road, I looked like a pet had chewed through the power cord. I brought it home and replaced the cord and the tv powerd rite up. However when I turn my xbox on, the text seems to be highlighted with blue and green, and the rest of the picure has a reddish tint to it. Is this a coolant problem? or something easy that i can fix in the settings? Thanks

Hello all, i hope someone can help. I have a wd-62725. I turn the tv on, the power light comes on and stays steady but nothing else comes on( minus the power supply fan). No light no ballast clicking no other fan ,nothing. I replaced the power board and check caps and still the same problem. Thanks in advance for any help that may come my way.
