Television and Home Theater

Have a Magnavox model pr1397 x122 , chassis13x603-00aa that has sound but picture looks like vert. hold is out lines rolling checked most of components. The ones I checked were good can anyone help and steer me in right direction. I have no schematic for this t.v. thanks.

when i turn the tv on theres a hissing noise no picture for about 2to5 min then the tv works fine hissing noise is gone to??? please help!!!

Looking for the service manual and any information on the potential solutions to solve this problem.  I have read that there may be a potential solution replacing capacitors.

The entire light engine was replaced about three years ago so although the TV is 5 years old, the actual light engine is only 3 years old (warranty repair).

Any help and guidance would be very much appreciated!
