Television and Home Theater

I have a Sony KF-50WE620 with green horizontal lines going across the whole screen on inputs 5,6,7 (component inputs). The other inputs DO NOT have these lines and work fine.

They are uniform in size, color, evenly spaced, spanning across from top to bottom, and are going from left to right. The lines do not scroll. The green horizontal lines show up on the screen regardless if I have a device attached to the TV or not. If I turn down the color, the lines disappear but with the expensive of picture quality.

i have a Mitsubishi WS-55809 with a blank screen. the power comes on,the green light is constant. nothing comes up on the screen. i came home from vacation turned on the tv and nothing. checked the error code and it comes up 12,which is no error.i tried to scroll through the inputs to make sure it wasn't something hooked up wrong and nothing happens on the screen. any idea on what might be the cause of my problem? 

I am switching out the D Board in my Sony. I have carefully labeled all connections but I cannot figure out how to disconnect the two red cables going into the grey cylinder on the left front part of the board. Can anyone help? I would greatly appreciate it!
