Television and Home Theater

This television has chassis TAC 9676 and was made in 1996.The green power light comes on but there is no high voltage. I found fuse F899 to be open. I replased the fuse and it immediately blew.Im looking for the cause of this failure. Any help will be appreciated......Q

Help! I have a 52" RCA. It's less than 6 mos old, but the picture is coming off blurry. I adjusted the Red/Blue converges alignment, but that didn't help. What could be the problem?

Hi. How can I regain use of my remote? The damn thing won't turn off or on, or do anything - and I need it to work! It just says "safe" like some kind of lock is activated or something. Any thoughts? Thank you in advance!
