Configuring Acer Laptop for TV out using S Video

Hi,

I've spent the last 2 hours trying to set up my Acer laptop so that I can play videos on my TV, to no avail. I'm using an S Video to Scart cable, and the audio is working but no pictures, ive tried ctrl+alt+f2 which didn't work, so im pretty stuck.

Any ideas would be great as it cost me £12 for the cable, and i don't want to give in to this bloody computer

cheers guys

How to change to line in input on a zenith H2013Y tv?

I can't find an instruction manual for this, and am trying to help hook her vcr and direct tv both up. Line would allow the vcr to work. Direct tv is on coax.
Thanks

RCA F20351SF Problems

I have an RCA F20351SF (I know it is old) and the picture appears to drop in the tube. I can temporary correct the problem by turning the unit off or by playing with the coaxil cable in the back. Any suggestions for a fix or what may be causing the problem.

Thank you.

Magnavox 27in

I bought this tv from a hotel that was going out of business and it did not come with a manual or anything... There are a few model numbers i found on the back. (TL7127 C107) & (27B700-7562) The problem i am having with it is that that everything seems to be locked on it. All the channels dont come and and there is no way to search for or add new channels and the volume does not go down all the way. Is there anything that i can do to reset the tv back to original?

Thanks for your help!

HELP! Red Vertical Lines on Rear Projection Toshiba

I have two red vertical lines that appear at about 1/3 and then again 2/3 across the screen of my Toshiba 43" rear projection TV.

Strangely, the lines don't appear while watching HDTV, but they do appear watching regular digital cable and analog cable and also DVDs.

Any ideas what this might be?
