50hd72 Toshiba TV

Is therea way toget a picture of how the wires plug on the board in the bottom of this TV.I had a terribleservice man That says he has the board fixed .But after 4 times of failure to show up to install this board .I fired this guy (he would not show up anyway ) so If I had a good clear picture on how to plug all the wires back in .Should work.If not I will call another service man

LG Television

Dear Experts

I have a LG televiosion RU27FC30. It has gone bad while plugging in / out. No channels are coming. But we we can view DVD black/white only, no color. I opened the TV (i am not an electronic technician) and found (guesing) one resistance (big one, going towards cable connector)not working as i do not see any connection in its two terminals (meter needle do not move. Could this be a fault? Kindly advise me on it.

Cheap $20 Learning Remote

I just picked up yet another remote today, the RadioShack 15-2146 (made by the same company that makes "One for All" remotes). It doesn't have a JP1 connector, but it will learn commands from your existing remotes (it supports six devices). There are plenty of buttons for learning extra functions not provided with the codes listed. It even has a speaker in it that "speaks" the programming menus.

Hey there folks

I have a 32" Philips - 32pt563s37g

Some weird stuff happened. First it started shutting itself off for no reason at all. weird huh?

Gets weirder.... When I hooked a DVD player up to it, it still shut off but now it turns itself right back on...

now the newest problem... i hooked up a TIVO unit to it.... wokred great (minus the shutting off and on thing) but now there is a high pitched ringing in the background. anyhow, it is frustrating and if anyone has ANY ideas i would be grateful.

40H80 Rear Projection TV

My TV makes a snapping noice then the power light flashes. Once I unplug the TV and then plug it back in it seems to run fine for a while, then it does it again.

Any Ideas ?

42" Samsung Rear Projection Televison

Hi, i am considering purchasing a 42" Samsung Rear Projection Televison off a friend, however its broken.

The Problem is it does not focus properly so you have 3 colours showing instead of them mixing together properly. So you can see the picture but you see a red green or blue shadow behind it.

I was wondering how to get it fixed and whether its worth buying? Thanks
