Television and Home Theater

I have a 1988 Quasar T.V. that , until 3 day ago, had a great picture.

Although years ago I had to bipas the audio circuit due to rendom cutting out of audio. Aside from this I've never had a problem.

Now, all I hear when the power button is pressed is the relay "click" and thats it!!!!   No sound, no picture, no NOTHING!!!

Oh ya, I did leave out 2 things.  The picture did cut-out , momentarily, a fiew times in the past 2 or 3 weeks clicking as it did so.

I moved my tv across the room and now it doesn't work. I opened the back of the tv and have changed two fuses.  when the tv is plugged in my tester shows that the tv has electric going through it. I just don't know why the tv will not power on. Any suggestions on what it could be. thanks for the help.

My tv was working fine one day and then I had a power surge and the tv changed colors.  It seems to be more of an orange color now and also when the screen has night scenes on the tv it appears really dark.  The only information I could find on the back of the tv is:

Chassis M134C

What could it be?  Is there a service mode for this tv?  Where can I get a service manual for this? Thanks!
