I have a Mitsubishi rear projection tv that will power off within seconds of powering on. I believe I may have to replace the Convergence chips, pico fuse, and or convergence resistors. How do I locate them and how do I measure using a multimeter?
I have a Mitsubishi rear projection tv that will power off within seconds of powering on. I believe I may have to replace the Convergence chips, pico fuse, and or convergence resistors. How do I locate them and how do I measure using a multimeter?
The set should run without the ic's,if they are shorted and causing it to go into protect mode just remove them and see if the set stays on or not,if it does your colors will be misaligned and you need new convergence ic's from tvrepairkits.com for your make and model they come with resistors and instructions.
