Dell W4201C HD Plasma no picture after cap replacement

I  replaced 2 poped caps on the main power board for a friend, this plasma TV is a Dell W4201C HD which is a rebadged Samsung model not sure which. Any how I found these 2 caps on the main power board did a search for common problems with this model and sure enough its fairly commom for these perticular caps to go out because they are underrated so I replaced them with the reccomended replacement.

All worked well for 2 hours in my house testing the set and about two weeks in the friends house. Then I got a call saying that the set had gone out again, his description of the failure was screen went black with white speckles (a description I undrestand is common in DLP TV failures).

Now when the TV is turned on there is just no picture there a buzzing sound coming from the main power board which I belive is normal, there is anothe board off to thelaft of the power board thats making a very quiet buzzing soundalong with a king of ticking that sounds like an old elecrtonic analog clock. The 2 caps that were replaced are fine and seem to be in good condition. I'm kinda stumped her and could use some help on tracking down the isssue even if were talking about replacing an entire board.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
