Olevia 565 won't turn on.

I can't find any documentation that explains how to troubleshoot my issue. I have an Olevia 565 that suddenly won't turn on. When I turn it on the green power indicator turns on and blinks like normal but for much longer than normal. The the light blinks read three times and green once. It repeats this until it is unplugged. 

Thanks for any and all help. The company went out of business, BTW.
