Hi Guys 
My brother's set went down a couple of months ago, and can't afford to have a tech out. I have my Pioneer Elite that I've worked on and repaired with proper direction. Can you guys steer me in the right direction of troubleshooting his set?
Last night I had access to one board fuse next to the power cable that was OK. I understand there may be a 2nd one, but I haven't found it yet.
The CRT's all glowed a dim orange at the bottom.
The green power light comes on, but doesn't blink.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
