I replaced the IC's, & now I get a picture for about 5 minutes. Just when I thought it was fixed, the darn thing turns off, & the LED blinks 3 times. I double checked the resistors & my solder job... to no avail.
Any thoughts?

did u use hella thermal paste on the ic's?
I used heat compound from Radio Shack & It must be working because the heat sinks are getting very HOT!

It's FIXED! I replaced the IC's a second time. The problem must have been either the IC's got damaged the first time, or SANYO IC's are better.
