click on download service manuals on the right hand side of this page and itc222 manual for instructions.Oh one key point on this chassis is, does the convergence adj. show up in the customer menu?
HI THE PROBLEM IS NO CONVERGENCIA EN BIG SCREEN RCA D52W26 THE CONVERGENCIAS POWER SUPLY DOES NOT WORKS JUST 5 MINUTES AND THEN NO WORKS NO MORE THA
NKS
I have the same model D52W19 with the ITC222 chassis. Mine has the typical convergence 3D picture and slight bowing on top and bottom. Cuda, I read your comment about the key point on the convergence adj. Mine is not missing the convergence adj in the menu. Am I looking at more complicated troubleshooting? Please help. Thanks
What you are seeing on the menu is the customer convergence not the technical convergence, there is a big difference. This set is one i worked on had the same problem with the convergence failure, but this set does not have stk ic's, they use discrete transistors. The normal failure for this is bad solder connections on the flyback, this also will blow the associated fuse going to the convergence board, unfortunately i cannot remember the fuse number but it is close to the flyback. It is a pico fuse soldered into the board. It does not look like a normal fuse.
