I have changed the lamp and the ballast in this set. The color wheel dos not look as if it is turning and the new lamp will not power on. The new ballast does have the 320 volts AC as it is suppose to have. The only thing I can figure out is that the connector from the ballast to the DMD board is not giving or the DMD board is not functioning.
Here is the problem, I can not find a schematic so I can trouble-shoot this set. Are any other techs out there that have ran into the multiple problems as this set demonstrates? I have placed the door switch in the correct position by the way by taping it down during my trouble-shooting checks.

Update:
The factory service center replaced the color wheel with the wrong part. So since the voltage is feed from the ballast for the colr wheel to the DMD board, then to the color wheel, I assumed that it was the DMD board. But after going back to the basic electronic trouble-shooting it was found that the color wheel replaced by the factory depot was the wrong one causing it to go out within two weeks after the warantee ran out. So now I am waiting on a color wheel to install in this set.
Brotha you got what is called the Brother-inlaw-deal. I worked for a company that encouraged that. Sucks, but it happens. If your into trons then there are several comparitive sources that you can reference
