toshiba 65h84 please help

i have a toshiba 65h84 and when i turn it on it has redish or pink background and after about 20 min it clears up but still has vertical lines in the background. i was told by a friend that it was capacitors on a board if so can anyone tell me how to get a service manuel or if it sounds like something else please let me know thanks
