14"PT 2001 chassis Model L01, error codes and Manual

Larry,please help if possible, iam repairing a Philips 14"PT2001 chassis L01.It shuts down within few seconds when switched on with a flash on the screen and when measuring the +B its 95v and even on the HOT.can you help me with repair data,error code and even a manual for this set. i would be grateful.
