Color Going In and Out

I have a Panasonic 32" Color TV (non-HD) that is 5 years old.  The color goes crazy for a few seconds every couple of hours.  It use to do it maybe once an evening but now its more frequent.  Any thoughts of what the problem might be and also what kind of repair costs would I be looking at?  Thanks.
