Just bought it as a basement TV for the kids. Hooked it up to cable. Everything works fine except one channel, channel 4 (NBC). Rolling picture, other times "ghost" picture. Channel 4 works fine on the same cable and tv upstairs.
Tuner? On just one channel??? I'm fairly handy, can I fix this myself? TIA
