Panasonic CT32HL43 Blows Fuses

I have a Panasonic CT32HL43 television that blows fuses. Is there a fix for this problem? there wasn'nt a surge or lightning envolved, it just shut off.  When i replaced the fuse,it promply shot again! I was wondering if there's a known fix, or if this paticular tv has a history of this problem. If there is a fix, i'd appreciate it if someone could send me the fix! My email is [email protected]

If the fuse blows when you

If the fuse blows when you plug it in then your power supply has a short in it . If it blows when you turn the power on at the set or remote then suspect a short in the horizontal section or Bad flyback transformer . A meter would be required to find your problem . I haven't seen any known problems for this set as the problem you describe it sounds as one of these sections was running too hot or was just going to fail . James

connect a lamp by the two

connect a lamp by the two wires to both sides of the fuse. turn on the set the light will shine brought. when u get the light to shine softly. u have the bad part. try the big caps near the power wire first . take out one at a time with power off then turn on to see if light dims. if it does u have the part that is shorted. if the caps dont work the power supply ic it will be near the power wire on a silver heat sink, the diode bridge shorts sometimes its a square part with four pins two mark with ~and one with a + another with a -, this part can be check with a doide tester. good luck
