Need help with service menu, Using the installer remote and code 062596menu, I get a screen like this

( 24 total two digit items)

I need to adj grey scale and vert hieght, Service manual says I should see screen with several item to adj. cant find them.If I change one of the 2 digit items, one of the opt bytes will change.
This is a hospital grade tv, chassis # 19S800 7628
Any help will be welcome
