Hi, I have a Mitsubishi WS-65869. I went to turn it on and the picture was very dark, then turned it off and back on again and there was no picture anymore (faint green and red curved lines show on the black screen). Pressing menu/device shows code 12 (no error). I opened it up and the blue CRT is not firing, but the red and green are lit up.
I know the Mitsubishi CRT's are discontinued, so before I beat my head against a wall trying to track down a replacement blue CRT, I was hoping someone could let me know if what I'm describing is CRT failure, or if there's some other possibility I should look into before I invest in a new CRT.
