lines scrolling through Mitsu WD-62525

I was hoping someone else may have come across this issue.  It seems to be interference from somewhere.  The bars move from corner to corner.  I have a monster HTS-2600 power center which has all of my components plugged in to it.  I am thinking it may be coming from it but I am not sure.  I also have an RF converter kit tied into all of the components.  This is where it gets interesting when I am watching TV through my verizon digital box you can see the lines on the standard channels but the HD channels are fine.  I have a Divx dvd player and a regular toshiba dvd player which the lines show up on, but when I am using my Xbox 360 there are no lines.  And the other issue is that it's not always constant they will just show up and than stop.  I recently had the resistors on the DM board replaced so I am not sure if I may have installed something improperly when I got the board back, but it was doing this prior to the resistors going bad.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
