I was told by someone else that with the number of blinks it was probably c515,516 I have no manual for this the HOT is good could us some help checked some diodes by hot they also were good .if you couldlead me in the right track would appreciate the help

The old Sony kp-48s70 I have been working on had the 6 blinks. It was FULL of broken solder joints, which along with new convergence ics and HOT repaired the tv, ...except for that occasionally shorting green crt...
You might get out the magnifier and check the solder connections.
what Board are these capacitors to be ON A Board B board D Board ??? I Checked my Service Manual and I don't see a C515 or C516 Listed !

6 blinks is a LOW B OCP/OVP problem ( If HOT was bad you get 2 Blinks ) Service Manual is 9-965-434-09 and can be had here > http://servicesales.sel.sony.com/ecom/accessories/web/index.jsp
