my tv chassis number v20b is flashing or blinking after it has been on for more than an hour between a good clear picture and a black screen. the black screen lasts for a fraction of a second before the picture reappears. the tv flashes as many as 40 times a minute. the flashing is irregular meaning that the tempo and duration of the flash varies. any ideas on the fix?
