samsung hcl4715w problem

convergence went out on my samsung hcl4715w,  replaced entire board and picture is ok.  I cannot get picture perfect to work,  I know I need a screen jig and I do have service manual but do not know how to get it exact and to scale.  Also when in convergence mode, the blue is very dim around edges of screen.  It is so dim that I cannot see it enough to line up perfectly with the red and green.  Has anyone got any suggestions?
