Wow, how did that happen? if you can't get onto it with a pair of pliers, you may need to replace the jack or tuner. In some cases you may be able to push it out the back of the jack depending on how the jack is constructed. But if you try this the tv needs to be unplugged and you must find the piece of paper clip that you pushed out before you plug the set in. because the clip could be sitting in a very wrong spot!
