I have one of these units that has some convergence issues on the left hand side of the screen. I replaced the IC to repair the other convergence issues. Is there a service mode and how do I get to it to do some more convergence adjustments. I apppreciate it

I tried the Display 5 vol+ power but it doesn't work . This set has the reset button on the back and you have to hold it down while you turn the tv on to go into service. Unfortunately there is no area in this menu to select convergence. Can you help. the only convergence is the one in the menu not the service menu and this one is pretty bland not much detail. Please advise. I appreciate it.
I have a KP-53xbr35 and a KP-61XBR38 with the same exact problem....Is there a simplier way to adjust convergence while in service mode? I do not want to adjust manually using/adjusting all the resistors on the board...Unless I really have...real pain in the ass. Ohh...I replaced the IC's in both sets and need to adjust the convergence. Can I find a way to flash the convergence to factory settings? These sets have the reset button in the back of the t.v not like other Sonys where you use the remote.
