Samsug HCM553W- convergence issue

I am having a problem with setting the convergence on a Samsung Tantus  HCM553W. I can adjust the blue in the on-screen adjustment menu but the red does not move at all and the "Pefect Focus" button displays a message that says "No Sensor Signal". Can anyone help me with this problem, as far as what part is most likely bad or where to find the service manual?  I tried to search for the convergence IC's that I was told is the most common failure but all I have found so far was a convergence module which is far more expensive than the IC's I have read about everyone replacing. Is there another name for them or can someone help me out with a part number for them?
