help with lg dlp projection tv

I recently changed the lamp on my lg44sz8r after doing this the tv works fine but the picture is very dim i have been told this is because the lamp is on reduced power and i need to reset the lamp clock to put it on full power. This is done in the hidden menu i know how to get into the hidden menu but what do i do next? where do i go and what should the settings be .Help please
