I have a RCA model # F27242GY which stop working on the weekend. With some research I need to replace the high voltage protection circuit on the D-board, It is not worth it to take it in to a repair tech because when all said and done it will cost me just as much to purchase a new TV. I like to replace it myself if possible and I need answers to some questions.
1) Where can I get a Manual at?
2) Where can I get the part and will I need to do some soldering?
3) Is there any advice that anyone with experience can share with me?
