Hello,
I am a new member and I wanted to know if you could help me. I have a 1991 Admiral tv, Model #12692. When I turn it on, a LOUD high pitch noise comes from it, and even if I were to switch the internal switch to external speakers, there is still a more muffled sound either way, I can not get it to go away.
Also when turned off or on, the little blue dot that is seen with most sets when powering down, is not in the center of the screen, rather it is located more to the lower left of screen. I am not sure that that will play as a factor in my situation, but I thought I would mention it.
