I need help fixing my Sony 36 wega tv.  I posted and got a response before but can't get back to that spot.  At any rate my Sony 36 inch TV stand by light blinks 7 times on power up and then goes to 4 times and repeats the 4 flashes.  It was suggested that I replace IC 5004 which I did but have the same symptoms.  Any more suggestions on fixing the tv or getting back to my first post to respond and get more suggestions.
