Hallo, Can any one help .I have a teac ctf5170 tv, It had a power surge and blew up the main fuse and doide /regulator.I replaced and now it flashes the on light,Have checked HOT & EHT are ok.Dicounted regulator and checked voltage is within limits.Checked most caps
