I have a 20" RCA TV model # 20F512T that has a bright lime green display with minimal definition. What causes this and how is it fixed? The TV is used to show an S-video Power Point Display. It is on 24/7.
It sounds like the picture tube is bad, or the green driver trasistor or the green drive component shorted out. This set is concidered a throw away due to the low cost to purchace or to replace. To repair this, you would need to get the service manual, then troubleshoot the set and maybe not be able to repair it due to a shorted picture tube. Good Luck
