Hi, I've got my laptop (ATI 1650) to my new Sony LCD TV, but I've come across a problem. The Image is displayed okay, but it appears the resolutions not set correctly. I've set my Laptop to 1280x768 for the second display and checked the LCD TV which is also accepting 1280x768, so I was expecting a perfect picture fit on the screen.
This is not the case. The picture is displayed thinner by about 2inchs hortizontally and vertically I'm losing about 1.5 inchs. The strange thing is that I can I scroll up and down and get the whole picture so I'm assuming Windows is actually aware that the resolutions are not right and is adjusting allow this scroll.
Any ideas anyone? I'm stumped!
