You could have a bad high voltage section of the flyback transformer, bad connections on the CRT socket, or bad connections or blown components in the filiment circuit of the sweep power supply. This could be many many differant problems. If you have TV seviceing experience, then you will most likely need to first get a service manual and trace out all the possiblity's. If you do not have the experience working with TV sets, play it safe and I highly advise you to call a local repair depot to assist you with this repair.
