JVC Model no AV-24WT2EK

Hi,  got a jvc tele  with an annoying fault it start's up perfect picture and sound, after being on for variable amounts of time screen turns red, turn off and back on, fault returns.  Like to know a quick fix.

Sounds like the set is shutting down due to excessive beam current being drawn from the picture tube.  You could have a bad solder connection on the CRT socket, on the CRT drive board, or have a bad capacitor or resistor on the CRT drive board, or something could be wrong with the picture tube.  The CRT drive circuit board contains the RGB driver transistors and the RGB bias circuit consisting of several resistors and capacitors  This is going to take a schematic, a good muti-meter and an ESR capacitor meter.  If you have no TV repair experience, play it safe and call in a tech to assist you with this repair.  Sorry no quick fix on this one.  Good Luck and let us know what you find on this repair.
