Today I received my new Toshiba 32WLT66S television with freeview. I tuned it in as per manual and all was well. Then stupidly I tried to find the AV channel and some how got a smaller tune in screen and re-tuned it to this. Now I cannot get Freeview. All I can get is the 5 terrestrial channels and can't find how to re-tune it back so I can view the Freeview channels. There is no re-set on the new small menu which I retuned it to.
Please help me. I'm driving myself 'nuts' trying to do this.
You will need to get the store where you bought it from give you some "customer education" on how the TV set works. Dont feel bad, I have had to do it many times when I sold new TV sets. Maybe there is a problem with it. if they wont help you, tell them that you want a new tV set.Good Luck and let us know how you made out.
Thanks Silva and Larry. Managed to sort it out. Guess my mind was too full reading the manual. I missed the bit where it told me the info I wanted.....silly moi! But thanks for the replies.
