Samsung PCL 5415R, 2002 projection-halo, convergence?

To the experts out there, I have the Samsung halo effect where the red color appears to be where it is supposed to be but the blue and green are not.  It also appears to be 'pin-cushioned'.  This sounds common for the piece of equipment; but what I need to know is what is the cause and how can I fix it?  Also, what does IC stand for and is this a convergence issue?  I am more of an automotive wrench but I think I could, with your help, figure this thing out before the superbowl; PLEASE!!!  Anyway, thanks in advance and have a safe new years.  It is a PCL5415RX/XAA.
