Help, Have a sony which now has a blurry screen with a white shadows on everything??? My nephew thinks it's because we had a small surround speaker on top of the set for years and the magnets 'drained the color and sharpness'. I think it may be dust on the inside. What can the problem be?
Thats a very good possiblity. If you know how to take it apart, then just do not spray anythiong directly onto the lens, the mirrors, and the screen. Use a light weight shammy cloth on all surfaces. If you do not know how to take it apart, My advice would be to go Here, and download it, so you can allso see how to tweek the screens and the focus on this set.
