Model number would be nice to have first my freind, as there are about a million things that could cause this in differant TV sets

Are there any other numbers after the DS-20930? Such as 00. Do you have the original remote?
hi larry, its me ros . the mod# does not have any #s after the 5 digets but the chassis#20930-00 does. also there is fam. na8a. as far as the orig. remote i dont have it.
Sorry My friend, your gonna need it to get it out of video mode. if you do want one its available at http://www.remotes.com Use the -00 after your model number. you will see a picture of it there also. Masybe you can borrow one that looks like it or ask your local retail store and see if they have Sanyo TVs and borrow it, or ask a freind or relitive. Sorry. Let us know if you find a remote.
