I have a Toshiba ck 3060k and I went to turn it on and it just clicked. The light does not turn on there is no sound or picture. There is just a humming sound. I checked the two fuses in the tv and they are both good. Any suggestions?

This model has a history of a voltage regulator IC in tyhe main power supply to go bad. Its a soldered in device and not usually replaced by the consumer as there are no user serviceable parts inside this set. If you have know how of working on solid state electronics, Ir would be up against a heat sink usually right along the back of the set on the lower chassis.or to the left side. The letters start with STR and have three numbers and a dash and then two to three more numbers on it This set is also known to have bad capacitors that go bad after a few years . These are located in the main power supply, as well as the sweep dirived power supply. The best way to work on this set would be to get a service manual or schematic diagram and start from there. If your not a tech, Please find a good repair shop in your area, as a tv is not a place to be experimenting in. Good Luck and let us know what you found. Thanks
