Have a Sharp 19R-M100 (2003) with little to no sound when volume all the way up to 50. I need a schematic for this set. If not, anyone have a suggestion where to look? Obvious has been ruled out - no thermals, cold/broken solder joints, connections. Without the roadmap, can't find my way. I have experience and tools....Help!
Sorry I dont have a schematic but this service manual/schematic is available for $15.99 as a pdf download from http://www.servicemanuals.net/ You could check the output IC at the inputs and see if you get the normal input noise. look up yjr IC number in ECG or NTE and see the pinout , check the b+ on the proper pin and see if thats low. check the mute circuit. Not much more to check without a schematic. Let us know how you made out. Good Luck
