In wall Cableing

I recently purchased  a Panasonic (Th-42PX600U) and plan on getting a DTV- DVR. The Panasonic will be wall mounted, and I would like to run all cables thru wall (15ft). I am planning on (2) HDMI, (1) component video, (1) S-video, (1) Mini D-sub 15 pin(PC),and(1) audio input(PC).                              My questions are am I leaving anything out?  And, which of these cables should I buy pre-made and which can I terminate myself using Cat-6 or ? I appreciate any help.
