Himage AT 2005- disc error with any disc

I have had an Himage AT 2005 DVD/VCD/MP3...etc. player for 1 1/2 yrs, cannot find manual!
With any disc the little disc icon on the screen will be animated for a while, and then it will read "disc error".
PLease help!

Type " +disc +error " into the search box. You'll be able to find a lot of info on the subject.
