Hello to anyone who can help me. My TV listed above is approximately 6-7 years old. I turned it on and it basically had no picture just rainbow-looking affects and perfect sound. The green "on light" in front is blinking continually. Can anyone help?

The TV will only get a set amout on channels, is there any way to reset the tv, the remote will not work except to turn of the set.
